Scope
Effective October 17, 2026. This notice describes document processing, browser storage, optional analytics and advertising on PDFLeafy.
Documents and images
We do not upload PDF/image files, document contents or filenames to a processing server or store them in a database. Your browser reads and transforms the files. Work remains in the tab’s memory; downloaded results are saved to the device location you choose.
Browser storage and connection information
Only the language choice (pfl-language) and analytics choice (pfl-analytics) are saved in local storage. Documents and editing history are not autosaved. Delivering pages involves processing IP addresses, request paths and browser connection information. The default server does not enable HTTP access logs, but infrastructure providers may retain separate security logs.
Optional usage analytics
The Google Analytics property is G-RRL1KTNF7K. Its script loads only after you allow analytics through Privacy choices in the footer. Our page-view event excludes filenames, document text/content, URL queries/fragments and referrer pages. Declining disables subsequent analytics collection and removes accessible GA cookies.
Advertisements and consent
When ads are enabled, Google and advertising partners may process cookies, IP addresses, device information and ad interactions. A published Google-certified consent message manages advertising choices where applicable. Our Analytics preferences dialog does not replace a certified advertising consent platform.
Controls and requests
You may clear cookies/site data or change your choices. Information already received by external providers follows their retention and deletion policies. Privacy rights may apply depending on your location.
